Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday signed onto more than 20 international treaties, including the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. The move made at a meeting of the Palestinian leadership in Ramallah came after the Palestinian draft resolution to force an Israeli withdrawal to the pre-1967 lines failed to muster the nine votes necessary in the UN Security Council on Tuesday.
