Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas was set to visit Beirut on Wednesday to quell Lebanese fears that the Palestinian refugee camps in the country might get involved in Syria-related unrest, AFP reported on Tuesday.Abbas is set to meet with Lebanese President Michel Suliman, and is also expected to address the situation of Palestinians who fled Syria for Lebanon.
