Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas was scheduled to meet with Arab League representatives in Qatar on Thursday.

Abbas was expected to present the Arab League with a comprehensive report about the PA's plan to seek recognition of a Palestinian state at the UN in September, the Ma'an news agency reported.

In addition, the state of the peace process following Monday's Quartet meeting will be on the agenda of the meeting.
