Aftershock hits Christchurch, 20,000 lose electricity

A 5.3 magnitude earthquake rocked Christchurch, New Zealand on Saturday, cutting power to some 20,000 homes in the area, The New Zealand Herald reported.

Power had been restored by Saturday morning. No injuries were reported although some damage occurred.
