Agricultural workers from the South, driving their tractors at five kilometers per hour, were holding up traffic back along Route 90, between the Arava intersection and Moshav Idan, on Thursday afternoon. The tractor convoy was in protest of the decision to lower the foreign worker quota in the agricultural industry.
