Air sirens were heard in Gaza border communities Friday evening as Hamas fired rockets on southern Israel.

Further air sirens are heard in Sapir College, Sderot, Gevim, Yachini, Mephlasim, Or Haner and Nir Amm.

Earlier on Friday evening, 10 to 12 rockets were fired on the city of Sderot. Six were intercepted by the Iron Dome system and two landed in open fields. No injuries or damage were reported.
