A faction of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the armed wing of Fatah, on Saturday claimed responsibility for a shooting attack near Ramallah on Friday in which to Israeli civilians were lightly wounded.

Members of the faction said the attack was in response to the death of a Palestinian teen on Friday morning. The teen was reportedly shot by a settler after rocks were thrown at the latter’s car.
