Ashkelon Municipality: Following the continuing rocket barrage from Gaza targeting southern Israel, Mayor Tomer Glam has ordered the opening of all the public shelters that are deployed in the neighborhoods throughout the city.

Operations Administration teams have been directed to make their way to the various centers in order to do so.

"As of now, there is no special instructions for the residents, but if necessary, I would like to act according to the Home Front Command's defense instructions, which were proven to be life saving," the municipality said.
