Unknown assailants slashed the tires of five cars in east Jerusalem's Beit Safafa neighborhood on Tuesday morning. Spray-painted on a sidewalk next to the cars was the slogan, 'No cars, No Arabs,' an apparent reference to recent vehicular terror attacks in the capital.
