CAIRO - At least three people were killed in clashes in Cairo on Friday, a health ministry official said, as Muslim Brotherhood supporters clashed with residents and security forces.

Security sources said birdshot had been fired. The health ministry official, who declined to be named, said at least one of those who died had been killed by live ammunition.
