NGO 'Avaaz' on Thursday called on Israel to protect its Beduin residents and vote against a plan to evict some 40,000 Israeli citizens.The plan, known as the Prawer-Begin Outline, has been widely criticized both inside Israel and internationally. It intends to destroy dozens of Beduin villages in the Negev.
