Ayala Shapira named as girl seriously wounded in West Bank firebomb attack

The 11-year-old girl seriously injured in a Molotov cocktail attack on Thursday evening was identified as Ayala Shapira.

Prof. Zeev Rothstein, the director of Sheba Medical Center where the girl was hospitalized said her wounds posed a threat to her life, Channel 2 reported.

"She was admitted to the trauma unit for surgery. She is suffering from injuries to the areas of the head and hands and medical teams are working to stabilize her condition," Rothstein told Channel 2.
