Ayalon heads to Beijing, Shanghai to discuss ties

Deputy Foreign Minister  Danny Ayalon on Monday left for China on an official visit to Beijing and Shanghai.

Ayalon is schedule to with China's Vice Foreign Minister Zhai Jun and other senior Chinese officials to discuss the improvement of ties and other issues of mutual interest between Beijing and Jerusalem.

Ayalon will travel to Shanghai on October 14 for the final celebrations for Expo 2010 with the members staffing the Israeli pavilion.
