DUBAI, Oct 17 (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah successfully had surgery on his back, the world's leading oil exporter said on Monday."The surgery, thanks be to God, was successful," said a statement by the royal court carried by the Saudi state news agency.
