UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, who is scheduled to arrive in Israel this week, will address the 12th annual Herzliya Conference on Thursday, the IDC Herzliya announced Sunday.

Ban was scheduled to deliver the conference's keynote address Thursday evening.
