Barak: Bill limiting NGO funding harms freedom of speech

Defense Minister Ehud Barak on Sunday criticized the passing of two bills that will limit the ability of foreign governments and international organizations to contribute to Israeli NGOs.

During an interview with Army Radio, the defense minister said that the decision was very serious and the results will limit freedom of speech. He went on to say that the issue needs to be reviewed in more detail.
