The military prosecution filed an indictment for the terrorist who attacked and injured an IDF soldier near Beit-El on December 14th. The terrorist managed to reach a guard station near Beit-El, attempted to stab the IDF soldier guarding there, and beat him with stones. The military prosecution requests for him to be charged with two offenses of attempted murder.
