Belgium takes in eight people for questioning over supporting ISIS

BRUSSELS - Belgian law enforcers searched houses and took eight people for questioning on suspicion of "recruiting people to leave for Syria" and "having financially supported" the Islamic State, the country's prosecutors said on Tuesday.
The prosecutors also said in a statement nine houses were searched in a district of Brussels, as well as the cities of Bruges, Antwerp and Sint-Niklaas. No weapons or explosives were found, it added.
