Rona Ramon's body was lying in state at the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation in Jaffa on Wednesday.

The public is invited to pay their respects to the beloved Israeli public figure until 1:00 p.m.

Ramon, widow of Israel’s pioneer astronaut Ilan Ramon and the mother of IAF pilot Assaf Ramon, who at age 21 was killed in a training accident, succumbed to pancreatic cancer on Monday. She was 54.
