Former deputy Mossad Chief Ram Ben Barak said on Saturday that "up until a year and a half ago nobody spoke about the strikes in Syria, when [people] got a whiff of elections suddenly everyone wants to take ownership of them."
Speaking in a Yesh Atid event in Ramat Yishai, Ben Barak, who is a member of the party and is running in the upcoming April elections, said that "[Prime Minister] Benjamin Netanyahu is a dangerous man as on the path to maintain power he is willing to do almost everything and turn one group against the other in [Israeli] society."
