Bennet announces he is moving election for chairman of party to after Passover

Bayit Yehudi leader Naftali Bennet announced Wednesday that he is moving up the next election for chairman of his party to immediately after the Passover holiday.
The Bayit Yehudi  secretariat and election committee will meet Thursday night to approve the request and set a timetable for the election.
The background for the request is that Bennet sees Bayit Yehudi as a ruling party and wanted to catch his opponents off guard and prevent them from coming up with a candidate to run against him.
