Roads in central Israel and in Jerusalem will be closed for the scheduled arrival of US Vice President Joe Biden on Tuesday evening. Between 5 and 6:30 p.m. there will be intermittent closures of the westward bound lanes of Highway 1 between Ben Gurion Airport and Kibbutz Galuyot interchange and the southward bound lanes of Highway 20 from Kibbutz Galuyot to the Wolfson interchange. Between 6:30 and 20:00 p.m. Highway 20 north from Wolfson to Glilot and Highway 2 North from Glilot to Shmaryahu will be closed intermittently. From 20:30 to 22:00 p.m. Highway 2 south from Shmaryahu to Glilot and Highway 20 from Glilot to Highway 1 eastbound to Jerusalem will be closed for periods.
