Bird Flu was discovered in a poultry enclosure near Kibbutz Ein Shemer, Army Radio reported Tuesday night. Health Ministry veterinary services began taking steps to destroy the chickens and prevent spread of the disease. There are approximately 43,000 chickens in an enclosure and it appears that the outbreak is contained to a specific area of the coop.
