Border Police arrests top Palestinian fugitive next to Bethlehem

A special Border Police undercover unit arrested a top Palestinian fugitive in the village of Beit Ummar, next to Bethlehem, officials announced Tuesday. The man was wanted for involvement in a series of attacks against security forces and planting numerous bombs. He was transferred for interrogation after the Monday night operation.
