The Netanya Magistrates Court on Tuesday indicted 18-year-old Moshe Arviv for a hit-and-run incident in October.
Arviv, from the village of Yona, was indicted for running over an elderly man with an all-terrain vehicle after he criticized Arviv for driving recklessly.
The man was injured and Arviv fled the scene. He was arrested after DNA tests connected Arviv to hair which was found at the scene of the incident.
