Boy found guilty of pushing friend off roof

The Petah Tikva Magistrates Court on Sunday found a seventeen-year-old boy guilty of killing his friend last year when he pushed him off a roof in Netanya.
In March 2010 the two boys sneaked up onto the roof of their school in Netanya to inhale air conditioning gas when one pushed the other off the roof and simply left.
According to the judge's verdict, the boy pushed the deceased off the roof despite knowing the fatal result, acting recklessly, and without remorse.
