Braverman cancels meeting with Beduin after Nazi remarks

Minority Affairs Minister Avishai Braverman Tuesday canceled his planned meeting with Beduin representatives from the thrice razed village of al-Arakiv.
Braverman decided not to meet with the Beduin representatives after the comments of Arab MK Taleb A-Sanaa (United Arab List - Ta'al) accused the Israeli government of racism and acts "worse than those committed by the Nazis," Israel Radio reported.
Braverman stated that while he was interested in helping the Beduin residents of the razed village, as the son of a family that survived the Holocaust he felt that A-Sanaa had "crossed all the red lines" with his remarks.
