Britain's Cameron arrives in Lebanon amid refugee crisis

BEIRUT - British Prime Minister David Cameron arrived in Beirut on Monday and will visit his Lebanese counterpart amid a refugee crisis triggered by the war in neighboring Syria, media said.

Cameron will meet Tammam Salam after visiting refugee settlements in Lebanon, which is hosting well over 1 million people fleeing the Syrian civil war.
