LONDON - British police sealed off a main road in Vauxhall, central London, on Monday to investigate an abandoned car.

A spokesman said officers were looking at a potentially suspicious car on the south side of the River Thames. Britain is on its second-highest threat level after several attacks in the country in 2017.
