Brussels Jewish museum gunman won't oppose extradition from France, court to decide on June 26

Mehdi Nemmouche, the man accused of killing four people at the Jewish Museum in Brussels, Belgium last month was in court in France on Friday to decide about where he will be tried, rfi reported.
The accused gunman told the judge that he won't oppose extradition to Belgium if he has a guarantee that he will not be transported to a third country. The court will decide where he will be tried in an upcoming hearing on June 26.
