The cabinet on Sunday unanimously approved the proposal to establish temporary housing for residents of the Migron outpost at the Psagot winery site by August 1.
The cabinet also authorized building housing in the Adam settlement for the Migron families should the winery site not be made ready in time.
The High Court of Justice ruled last month that the West Bank outpost must be evacuated by August 1, rejecting a bid by the state to delay such a move until November 30, 2015.
