Carly Fiorina, the Republican candidate challenging US Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), is set to visit Israel.Fiorina will visit Israel next week as a guest of the Republican Jewish Coalition on what the group said would be a learning trip. She reportedly will not be making political pronouncements during the visit.Boxer, who is Jewish, is strongly pro-Israel.Fiorina, a former CEO for Hewlett Packard, came under fire recently for having sold HP ink in Iran. She defended the sale, noting that computer equipment facilitates communication among dissidents.
