Residents of the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon reported receiving a surprising phone call, Israel Radio reported Sunday. A recording offered them a prize for any information regarding the whereabouts of the Sultan Yaakov battle POWs.The recordings were in the Palestinian dialect.
