BAGHDAD - A car bomb explosion in a Shi'ite neighbourhood of the Iraqi capital Baghdad killed at least nine people on Thursday, police sources said.A further 16 people were wounded in the blast, which took place near a restaurant in the southern Shula district of Baghdad.
