A vehicle struck and seriously injured a man riding a motorized scooter on Route 90 in Beit She'an on Wednesday morning.The approximately 40-year-old man was evacuated to Rambam Medical Center in Haifa by helicopter.Police were investigating the circumstances of the incident.
