Omri Casspi will join all-stars Dwight Howard and James Harden at the Houston Rockets next season after agreeing to a two-year deal with the franchise on Saturday.

Despite two disappointing seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers the Israeli forward remained in demand in the NBA and will get the chance to play with a star-studded roster in Houston.

Casspi, who will be starting his fifth season in the NBA, was always hoping to play for the Rockets and once Howard joined the Texans it was only a matter of time until an agreement was reached with the Israeli.

Last week, Casspi was joined in the NBA by a second Israeli after Gal Mekel came to terms with the Dallas Mavericks.
