The Central Election Committee on Thursday voted to disqualify Balad MK Haneen Zoabi from running in the March 17 election. The vote passed by a margin of 27-6. MK Ahmed Tibi of the The Joint List immediately announced that the list would appeal the decision to the High Court of Justice.
