Channel 2 appeal rejected for submission of Galant document

The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court rejected the appeal by Channel 2 news on the order demanding the submission of the Arad-Galant document to the police, Israel Radio reported Tuesday.
It is still not clear whether Channel 2 will appeal to a higher court. 
The police plan on questioning employees from the offices of Eyal Arad and are examining whether the document was leaked from his office without his knowledge.
