Condition of pregnant woman shot in Ofra improving; Baby still in bad condition

The condition of Shira Ish-ran, the pregnant woman who was badly injured in the Ofra shooting attack and in an emergency procedure gave birth to a baby, is improving according to Dr. Alon Shwartz, a senior surgeon in the trauma unit of the Shaare Zedek Medical Center. Her condition was described as stable, and she is capable of interacting with her surroundings.
The baby is still in bad condition with no change of its diagnosis.
