Confrontations between the civil administration and settlers continued in the West Bank on Wednesday, with protesters blocking inspectors from entering a number of settlements. In the Samaria settlement of Beit Aryeh, dozens of residents prevented the inspectors from entering, and regional council head Avi Na'im was arrested. In Elon Moreh, some sixty settlers tried to block the inspectors, but police forces managed to disperse the crowds. Two settlers were detained for questioning.
