The Tel Aviv District Court on Tuesday convicted a man of sexually abusing the one-and-a-half year old child of a woman he was dating in what the Justice Ministry said was the youngest victim of sexual abuse in the country's history.A Justice Ministry statement said that in light of the severity of the offense by the convicted man, Nissim Hadad, the prosecution would seek a continuous prison sentence beyond the standard spectrum that it normally requests.
