Haifa police arrested on Tuesday afternoon a Daliat el-Carmel resident in his forties on suspicion of stabbing his 35-year-old wife in the stomach outside a local medical center. A Magen David Adom team evacuated the woman her to the Bnai Zion Medical Center in Haifa in moderate condition. Police said the woman was not cooperating.
