Dan Hotel’s Idit acquires Tiv V’taim

Idit, the institutional catering company that serves, among other clientele, the Defense Ministry and Israel Electric Corporation, has purchased competing caterer Tiv V’taim 1992. Tiv V’taim produces more than 8,000 meals a day and earns NIS 50 million annually.
“The transaction serves the company’s strategy of expanding in the field of catering in civil institutions,” Idit CEO Dan Palati said. Tiv V’taim clients include Israel Chemicals, the Haifa Municipality, the Technion, SandDisk and the Elisha Towers.
