Despite fears of violence and widespread preparations by police, as of 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, no protests were recorded, according to Channel 13.

On Tuesday, protests against the killing of Ethiopian-Israeli teen Solomon Takeh by an off-duty police office turned violent, leaving over 80 people injured, including 47 police officers, as police forces arrested 136 protesters.
