Diplomats, foreign residents and international runners who are currently in Israel will be allowed to run in the Tel Aviv Samsung Marathon on Friday, after the Health Ministry approved a request issued by the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality on Wednesday. Marathon officials will contact the hundreds of relevant registrants.
