Dozen killed or wounded in blast at Pakistani shrine

ISLAMABAD - An explosion at a Muslim shrine in southwestern Pakistan killed or wounded dozens of people, local media reported.
The blast at the remote Shah Noorani shrine, 100 km (62 miles) north of the port city of Karachi, took place while hundreds of people were inside, according to local television.
Dozens of wounded people were being moved to the nearby town of Hub and to Karachi, rescue official Hakeem Nasi told Geo TV.
