The driver who killed two bicyclists on Saturday after veering out of his lane into the shoulder of the road was not drunk when the accident occurred, a police alcohol test revealed Monday.

Police are still administering a blood test to determine whether or not the driver, 18, was under the influence of drugs when he plowed through the group of drivers.
