A 26-year-old resident of east Jerusalem was arrested Wednesday after he was caught driving at a speed of 214 kilometers per hour on Route 1 near Mishor Adumim.The man's license will be suspended for 30 days.He was initially apologetic for his actions, but later become uncooperative with police as he was taken into custody.
