El Al CEO Haim Romano will resign from his position at the end of the week, as a result of an ongoing disagreement with the company's workers' committee, Army Radio reported on Sunday. Over the past two months, attempts to resolve the dispute, which focused around changes to work conditions, had been unsuccessful. Romano's resignation will come into effect in the coming months.
