1,650,478 people voted in municipal elections as of 2 p.m., the Interior Ministry said in a statement. 14.14% of eligible voters in Jerusalem voted, as did 19.73% of voters in Tel Aviv. 21.77% of eligible voters did so in Haifa, the ministry said.
